On this night, dma and I were wandering around Capitol Hill. We passed by B & O Espresso and he commented that he used to hang out here back in highschool. I noticed a proposed land use sign on the building. I think they are planning on a six story building in its place? Figured it would be good to snap a quick reference frame.
